1. Local preview mode

By default, demo request details remain in the page’s memory. They are not sent to a server, saved in browser storage or added to analytics. You can explicitly download a text copy. Clearing the form or reloading removes the in-page draft.

2. Language and value calculator

Only your language preference may be stored locally under “madlool-language”. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. Calculator inputs are used in the page only; no calculations or estimates are sent to Madlool. Exporting the estimate downloads a local file that you control.

3. Screenshots, video and infrastructure

All media files are served with this website. No external video embed, third-party font, ad cookie or analytics script is included. The selected hosting provider may process technical access logs under its own settings and policies.

4. When the operator enables collection

The current form mode is shown before submission. An API or a configured form service may receive submitted details only after the operator explicitly activates it. Before public collection begins, the operator must publish its verified identity and contact, purposes, applicable basis, recipients, retention, rights, transfer information and any required consent choices.

5. Fictional product examples

All projects, contract excerpts, role views and AI outputs are illustrative. Do not enter personal, confidential or proprietary project documents. No production document processor, live AI service, ERP or bank connection is present.

6. Production readiness

Do not rely on this preview for regulated or confidential project operations. Production privacy arrangements, security controls, hosting and processor terms must be agreed and verified before a pilot involving company data.
